GENERAL DISCUSSION
The Master’s program is Management of Textile Trade & Technology divided into the two fields of study: Trade & Retail and Technical Textiles. The goal is to promote analytical and networked thinking in order to prepare students for the challenges of a globalised world.
Depending on the chosen core study area, the focus is either on personnel and financial management, on supply chain management or on international trade, as well as on special textile technologies.
ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in the field of Textile and Clothing Technology, Textile or Clothing Management, Textile Chemistry, Textile or Fashion Design with 210 credit points or seven semesters at a German university or equivalent at a foreign university
In case of a Bachelor’s degree with 180 credits, you have the possibility to earn an additional 30 credits during the Master’s studies or by providing six months’ practical experience in textile and clothing technology after graduation.)
Final grade of at least 2.5 (on a scale from 1.0 [very good] to 4.0 [minimum passing grade])
Motivation letter and project plan referring to a given topic

IELTS 7.0
or equivalent
If you have completed a Bachelor’s program taught in English, you need no additional proof but a confirmation from your university.
