GENERAL DISCUSSION

Students may select Textile and Fashion Design study option while studying and is implemented in the second year of study. The program advanced theoretical and practical knowledge needed for modern product design of mass produced products, structures and machines. Students are trained to combine the basic knowledge with modern procedures and design methods with emphasis on functional aesthetic and ergonomic aspects of the product. The study is designed to teach the students how to work as a part of a design team on modern CAD equipment and how to effectively apply intelligent and expert systems in the product design process.

ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS

  • A bachelor degree in Engineering and Engineering trades, Textiles (clothes, footwear and leather), Building and Civil engineering, Architecture and Construction, Transport Services, Mathematics and Statistics, Information and Communication Technologies, Fashion, Interior and industrial design.
  • A Bachelor degree in other fields may also be considered if that includes specific courses.

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS

The program is taught in English. Hence, it may require students to demonstrate proficiency in the language. Please, contact the University for specific requirements.
