GENERAL DISCUSSION

The Textile Chemical Processing Program has been designed to meet the needs of textile wet processing sector and that of dyes and chemicals and fiber industry. This is under the department of Textile and Fiber Engineering. The graduates are especially suitable for research and development work in industry and also in technical services in respective areas.

ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS

A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology or a Master’s degree in Sciences in the relevant field with a minimum Grade Point Average of 6.00 on a 10 point scale or equivalent as determined by IIT Delhi or 60% marks in aggregate.

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS

Candidates will have to provide a statement/ self-declaration on their proficiency in English. In addition, scores in English language proficiency tests, such as TOEFL, IELTS, TOEIC, OPI, OPIC, Cambridge English Examination, etc. can be reported by the candidate as a an input.
